Here's What Past Mums Have To Say...

Krystal

As a first-time mum, I have learnt so much from this program! Emilie is clear and engaging with her content and I feel like I have so many new tools in my toolbox for when babe arrives. It’s so nice to hear more about what can go right, but also what can go wrong, so that I’ll feel more prepared for anything!"

Gemma

I feel much more mentally prepared for my baby arriving after completing the program. The content was really comprehensive without being overwhelming. There's lots of practical advice & it's a great resource which I imagine I will go back to, if I need to troubleshoot anything once my baby is born.

Coleen

Being a soon-to-be third-time mum, I mainly did this program to increase my knowledge on breastfeeding as I have struggled & had issues with my previous babies. The information in the breastfeeding section is amazing. It’s so in-depth and detailed. It has given me the confidence boost I need to try breastfeeding again.

Too Many Mothers Will Suffer In Silence...

Sadly, many women will silently struggle through the first 4 months of motherhood thinking it is normal to find it so hard. They don't ask for help, feeling like it's something they should be able to do on their own.

Don't make the same mistake!

Follow The Modules to Fast Track Your Skills!

Learning the skills to care for your baby is much easier than you think.

Many mothers simply don’t have access to the correct information (or sometimes TOO MUCH information) which is overwhelming. I've done the hard work for you. All you need to do is move step-by-step through the program modules.

This will save you countless hours of research, hours of sifting through information (wondering if it's legitimate) and hours of trial and error once your baby arrives.

However, you won’t just save time. Once you have completed the course you'll walk away with a deeper understanding of your body and a comprehensive grasp on your baby's development.

Here’s An Outline Of What We Cover...

Breastfeeding

  • Without the right information and support, you could be setting yourself up for failure before you even begin.
  •
  • Although breastfeeding is natural it is NOT necessarily easy.
  •
  • Learn about positioning, latch, cues and hand expressing.

Bottle feeding

Nearly every mother looking to bottle-feed makes the common mistake of not doing their research first! – bottles, teats, formula, sterilisation, bottle preparation, volumes and feed frequency.

This may seem like a lot to get your head around but don't panic. I have broken it down so you can learn everything you need to know and nothing you don't.

Breastmilk Production

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of how breastmilk is made and how this 'liquid gold' can benefit your baby for their entire life.
  •
  • When we have a deeper understanding of our own biology we inherently have an appreciation for what our bodies are capable of. Did know breastmilk production is all about supply vs. demand?

Feeding Intolerances

We deep dive into the most common feeding issues and what you can do, to not only identify them in your baby, but to also help minimise the pain and discomfort felt by your baby.

When should you take them to see a Healthcare Professional? What's normal? What's not normal?

Releasing Wind

  • Don't ever underestimate the power of what trapped wind can do to your baby.
  • Sleeping issues, irritability, vomits and pain, the list goes on.
  •
  • Learning the essential skills on how to confidently burp your baby and help release trapped wind is an essential part of feeding AND settling your baby. Get this wrong and you could be up for many sleepless nights.

Settling Techniques

  • No one knows if they are going to have an unsettled, irritable baby.
  •
  • You certainly don't want to be in the deep newborn trenches without the skills to soothe and settle your screaming baby. Learning the skills before your baby is born, is key to remaining calm.
  •
  • This course gives you multiple swaddling (wrapping) and settling techniques to try.

Newborn Sleep

This is a BIG topic to cover.

There are still many old myths & downright lies told to mothers about newborn sleep routines. These are not only harmful to your mother/baby bond but also to your baby's growth and development.

Find out what they are so you can protect yourself & your baby.

Safe Sleeping

  • It's not always an easy topic to discuss, but learning about Sudden Infant Death Syndrome is a topic that could literally save your baby's life.
  •
  • Understand the risk factors and the steps to take, to minimise the chances of SIDS/SUDI (Sudden Unexplained Death In Infancy) is critical.

Lifetime Access

A one-off payment gives you lifetime access. No expiry. You can access the content time and time again. This will come in handy if you have baby no. 2, 3, 4 or 5!

5 Star Rating

With an untarnished record of 5-star reviews from past students, you can be assured our program will deliver exactly as promised.

When you enrol in "Caring For Your Newborn: Feeding, Burping and Sleeping" you will also get access to the Newly Created Facebook group

"Motherhood Livelihood"...

Have you heard the saying:

"You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with"

With this in mind, I wanted to be able to create a community of women/mothers who are not only there to support one another but are there to encourage and uplift one another.

Surrounding yourself with a supportive community or 'tribe' when you become a Mum is undoubtedly the most important aspect of a smooth transition into motherhood.

Motherhood Livelihood is a tribe of like-minded women. Women who want the best for themselves, their baby and their family. A group that’s there for you, always. To answer your questions, listen to your stories, support you through the hard times and cheer for you when you need it the most.

Hey, I'm Emilie

Founder of Nina dan & Co. + Mumma of 2 + Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse + Newborn Specialist + Motherhood Mentor + Course Creator

That's a mouthful!

Now the formalities are out of the way, I just wanted to say how incredibly honoured I am that you are here. I know you are here because you are ready to take your education & knowledge to the next level. I know you want to do this because ultimately you want to have the confidence to bring your baby home from the hospital and actually enjoy the time with your baby.

You don't want to be paralysed with fear, riddled with guilt or anxious that you might be doing it wrong.

All those feelings you feel right now? It actually wasn’t all that long ago that I was in your shoes, bringing my baby home from the hospital for the first time.

I get it, investing can be scary. But what price do you put on this stage of your life?

I know what it’s like to crave the answers. You want to be able to look back at this time in your life and see a Mum who had it together and was able to enjoy the time with her newborn. I also know that being a mother doesn’t always come naturally. You don't get a manual with your baby. BUT let me tell you something my friend...this is the next best thing!

FAQ...

I'm really busy, How much time will it take to do the program?

I hear you! We are all busy, so the last thing I want to do is overwhelm you with more information that takes weeks and weeks to get through. The best thing about this program is that it is self-directed. This means you can come and go as you please. Most of the videos are 3-20 minutes so you can watch them when you have a spare few minutes.

The modules are also designed for you to flick through and watch/read what interests you at the time and perhaps leave others for when you feel it might be more relevant. There are about 4 hours of videos in total (broken up of course!) plus reading material. Expect it to take about 6 hours all up.

I'm not sure I can afford the program. What are my options?

I 100% understand that it may be a lot of money for you. Remember, this is not only an investment in you but also in your baby and the relationship you will have together. When you eliminate the overwhelming feelings, you can completely enjoy the newborn period with your baby. The stress is gone and you are free to, dare I say it, have fun! What price do you put on your mental health? Remember, you also get lifetime access so you will have this as a resource FOREVER.

If spending $197 means you won't be able to put food on the table this week, then please do not buy this program. I invite you to spend time with me on social media where I'm always providing helpful guidance and support. You can also check out my 'freebies' on my website.

How long until l can start learning?

As soon as you sign up and your payment is processed, you will have full access. You can start today!

Is this program designed for partners too?

Yes! That's the beauty of an online program, you can do it in your own time, own place and pace. You and your partner can sit down together and complete the modules together! In fact, I encourage all partners to get involved as much as possible with the learning. This way they can be your no.1 support when the time comes.

Will I have lifetime access?

Absolutely! You will be able to come back year, after year, after year. This is perfect for when you are pregnant with baby number 2, baby number 3, baby number 4, baby number 5...am I pushing it?

When is the best time to do this program?

There is no time like the present!

I do suggest that it is best to do this program when you are still pregnant and revisit it when your baby has arrived. It's also good to know what information is covered in the program because if you end up with, say, an irritable baby, you will be able to go back to that module and try the different settling strategies I provide.

If you have already had your baby and you are still in the newborn period, this program is still for you! It's never too late to start learning. You never know, you may get some vital information that makes this stage of your life that much easier.

What support will I get whilst doing the program?

I have created the 'Motherhood Livelihood' Facebook group for this exact reason. Support! Anyone doing the program is never alone! I'll also be showing up in the group to offer my support and guidance-. LIVE!

If you have any specific program questions I can add them to my Facebook live videos!

How do I know the information presented in the program is current and safe?

I have a University Degree; a Bachelor of Nursing and over 14 years of Neonatal Nursing experience. Being a newborn specialist and motherhood mentor I have worked with hundreds of new Mummas. You can rest assured the information you receive is medically & scientifically supported, safe and practical. As a Nurse, I have a duty of care to all my clients, patients and Mummas. I take this duty of care VERY seriously. Therefore information I provide is current and supported by the latest recommendations (specific to Australia) and is NOT opinion-based.

I'm not a first-time mum, will I still benefit from this program?

100%. Just because you have 'done it before' does not mean that it is any easier. You are still allowed to feel overwhelmed and confused. Take Coleen (a past student) for example. She is a 3rd time Mum and saw a huge improvement in her confidence after completing the program. She learnt many new aspects of being a mother and it helped her realise where she may have gone wrong with her previous babies, particularly relating to her breastfeeding issues.

I still have some questions. Where can I go to find out more?

Please don't hesitate to contact me anytime with your questions. You can reach out on Social media or email me: emilie@ninadanco.com

Now is the time to take action...
